House Project

 

This was my first ever project under taken during my time at university. I made the building from scratch using Revit then completed the renders using photoshop to add in certain features. The main objective of this project was to learn the software and produce a new interior layout using the plans provided to make the existing floor plan. The second floor has two en-suite bedrooms, a kids bedroom, a spare room and a bathroom.

 

The ground floor has a lounge, dining room, kitchen, downstairs toilet and garage integrated into the house. I designed the house with the intention of a retired couple living in it, therefore all the styling is more relaxed and cosy rather than modern. All the rooms are decorated in similar fashions, with soft natural colours being used for both the walls and the furniture.

 

All rooms are fitted with carpet flooring except the kitchen and lounge which offer wooden hardwood flooring for the lounge and slate tiling for the kitchen as it has a low slip resistance and because it leads straight to outside
